Vickie Chavez, also known as Vickie Sue Perez, has pleaded guilty to reduced charges in John Allport’s 2019 fatal shooting that a friend overheard on a cell phone call.

It claimed the life of her boyfriend, 55-year-old John Allport. According to Columbus police, Allport and Perez had just moved into the residence.
