Though basketball legend Lebron James is known for his ties to the Ohio State Buckeyes, one of the Oregon Ducks' biggest Big Ten Conference rivals, the Los Angeles Lakers star continues to show support for Oregon sneakers.

After years of middling with a conventional approach, the Los Angeles Lakers decided to take a shot in the dark last season by hiring JJ Redick to be the head coach. He had no prior professional coaching experience,
