Los Angeles Rams star rookie edge rusher Jared Verse is not afraid to speak his mind — and create some bulletin-board material for the Philadelphia Eagles along the way. And if the Lincoln Financial Field crowd wasn’t going to be hostile enough for the NFC divisional-round game, it will be now.

As Kevin Patra of the NFL's website shared, pass-rusher Jared Verse attended Central Columbia High School in Bloomberg, Pennsylvania, for three years before the Los Angeles Rams selected him as a 2024 first-round draft pick and before he became the frontrunner for the Defensive Rookie of the Year Award this season.

"I hate Eagles fans," Verse told The LA Times this week. "They're so annoying. I hate Eagles fans." When Verse says he hates Eagles fans, he says he can't even see their colors without getting upset.

It’s safe to say Jared Verse won’t have many friends in Philadelphia after his recent comments about Eagles fans. Ahead of Sunday’s playoff game at Lincoln Financial Field, the Rams’ rookie edge rusher unleashed on those who will be in the stands in Philly.

The Rams' Jared Verse is ready to battle the Eagles in the NFC divisional playoffs and also would enjoy silencing their fans: "They're so annoying," he said.
