One suspect is in custody after what New Orleans Police Department chief Anne Kirkpatrick described as a "brazen" mass shooting occurred in "broad daylight" in the French Quarter on Thursday. Four people were shot,

Four people were shot in the French Quarter Thursday afternoon, and one of the victims died from the wounds, New Orleans police said.

High-tech cameras helped find the car and identify suspects in the New Orleans mass shooting that left one dead and three others injured. Two suspects remain at large.
