The Eastern Conference Finals are set, and the Indiana Pacers will take on the New York Knicks, a rematch of last year's second round and the 2000 Eastern Conference Finals. For the third series in a row,

Pace. The Knicks and the Pacers ended up in nearly the same space in their stats and their efficiency as measured over the 2024-25 season. They limited opponents to 113.3 points per 100 possessions and were separated by only 1.9 points per 100 on the offensive end.

The Pacers and Knicks will clash in the ECF with the winner moving on to the NBA Finals. The Pacers are going to their second straight conference finals after knocking off the top seeded Cleveland Cavaliers. The Knicks are going to their first conference finals since 2000, defeating the reigning NBA Champion Boston Celtics in the second round.

There will be a new NBA champion. A lot of them, actually, considering almost all of the players left in these playoffs have not even played in the NBA Finals.
