CHARLOTTE, N.C. — All season long, overtime had been the Virginia Cavaliers’ time to shine, and they exuded confidence when the fourth quarter of the ACC championship game ended with the score 20-20 late Saturday night. “I felt like we had it, especially going on defense first,” safety Devin Neal said. “We got this.”
