Julius Malema is demanding that Jacob Zuma pay back the money he owes to the EFF in unpaid legal fees, and has even got a court order against the MK Party president.

The court found that Zuma failed to uphold, defend and respect the Constitution as the supreme law of the land. It found Zuma breached the Constitution by failing to heed Public Protector Thuli Madonsela’s report on improvements to his private home, and should reimburse the state.
