Tropical Depression Nineteen has formed in the Caribbean Sea and is forecast to continue strengthening, according to the National Hurricane Center.

States at a low risk for tropical impacts are Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina, according to the AccuWeather map. Florida is the only state with a medium and high risk of impacts, with South Florida facing the highest risk.

Tropical Storm Sara formed in the Caribbean and was expect to hit Central America and Mexico before emerging in the Gulf and moving toward Florida.
