The new Toshiba OCZ RD400 is a PCIe SSD supporting NVMe 1.1 over PCIe Gen 3 x4. Toshiba OCZ offers the RD400 capacities of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB in the usual M.2 2280 form factor.
