JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A deadly crash involving a tractor-trailer has all southbound lanes of I-295 on the Buckman Bridge shut down Monday morning as first responders work the scene.

The accident is fatal and drivers should expect delays, Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department said at about 6:30 a.m.
