FORT SMITH, Ark. — Fort Smith police arrested a man accused of sexual indecency at a splash pad where kids were playing just a few feet away. Colby Cole was accused of misdemeanor public indecency.

FORT SMITH, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A Lavaca man has been arrested in connection with an indecency incident that occurred at a Fort Smith splash pad, according to the Fort Smith Police Department.
