Marty Malone' 55-vote lead over Scott Rosenzweig in the race for Montana House District 57 evaporated after thousands of provisional and resolution ballots were counted in Gallatin and Park counties.

Malone told the Bozeman Daily Chronicle on Wednesday morning he is considering his options regarding a recount but wouldn't say whether he would actually ask for one.
