Just a few days after a river search was called off, Police Scotland has confirmed that a body has been found in the water near where the twins were last seen over three weeks ago

A body has been found to where a pair of missing identical sisters were last seen in Aberdeen. From a set of triplets, Eliza and Henrietta Huszti, 32, were last seen near the River Dee on 7 January. Police Scotland said: "The body has been recovered from the water and inquiries are ongoing."

Police said Jan. 29 that the river search relating to the disappearance of sisters Eliza Huszti and Henrietta Huszti in Scotland, has been called off over three weeks after they went missing.

A body has been recovered from the River Dee, near where two missing sisters were last seen, Police Scotland said.

Officers continue to appeal for information and are urging anyone who may have seen Eliza and Henrietta to come forward.

Two missing sisters in Aberdeen made an earlier visit to the bridge where they were last seen hours before they disappeared, CCTV footage has revealed. Police Scotland said a text message was also sent to the women's landlady on the morning they vanished, indicating they would not be returning to the flat.

Police confirmed today after "extensive and detailed searches" of the river and the Harbour area, the investigation has concluded there.
