Elon Musk is facing yet another lawsuit regarding the $1 million voter lottery run by his political action committee America PAC. It seems that in defending himself against the first lawsuit, he provided fuel for a second one.

A Pennsylvania judge ruled Monday that Elon Musk’s daily $1 million giveaway to voters can continue, in a victory for the tech billionaire and Donald Trump ally.

Elon Musk was sued in a proposed class action on Tuesday by registered voters who signed his petition to support the Constitution for a chance to win his $1 million-a-day giveaway, and now claim it was a fraud.
