Maharashtra caretaker CM Eknath Shinde, along with BJP's Devendra Fadnavis and NCP's Ajit Pawar, met with Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi on Thursday evening to discuss the next steps in government formation.

Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde, BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis, who is projected to be the Next CM of Maharashtra and NCP leader Ajit Pawar on Thursday night reached the residence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah to discuss the power-sharing pact in the state.

Eknath Shinde stated he conveyed to PM Modi and Amit Shah that their decision on the next Maharashtra CM is final for his Shiv Sena faction. He added there are no obstacles from their side, effectively giving BJP the lead in choosing the coalition leader.
