The driver who allegedly struck another vehicle head-on in a wrong-way crash​ on Lodge Freeway Friday morning has died.

A head-on collision on Detroit's Lodge Freeway involving a wrong-way driver left one dead and another critically injured.

A person driving the wrong way on the Lodge Freeway in Detroit killed an innocent driver early Friday, Michigan State Police said.

A driver died early Friday on the Lodge Freeway in Detroit after being hit head-on by a Jeep SUV going the wrong way, according to Michigan State Police. The person killed in the crash is still being identified,
