BEAUMONT, Texas — In Texas, polling in a closely-watched race for U.S. Senate shows Sen. Ted Cruz (R) and Congressman Colin Allred (D) are neck and neck. This year, the country will decide if Vice President Kamala Harris will be getting a promotion to the top job or if former President Donald Trump will return to the Resolute Desk.
