A woman and a man are dead following a three-vehicle crash on the Robert O. Norris Jr. Bridge in Lancaster County Sunday evening.

Police said a juvenile was injured after driving too fast and losing control of a pickup truck along Route 15 on Sunday.

Speed and alcohol were determined to be "major contributing factors" in a fatal head-on crash on the Robert O. Norris Jr. Bridge in Lancaster County, according to Virginia State Police.
