Travelers are dealing with a closure of Loveland Pass due to an avalanche that has forced travelers to shift their plans. Kasia Kerridge spoke with a traveler who eventually found a way.

First responders on the scene flew a drone in the area and used the license plate of the stuck vehicle to identify its owner. The sheriff’s office confirmed that the driver was not with the car and was safe. No fatalities or injuries occurred as a result of the avalanche.
