Microsoft said it’s working to resolve an outage affecting its suite of office products after thousands of users reported trouble accessing the services. As of noon Eastern time, the outage reporting site Downdetector charted more than 10,000 concurrent reports for Outlook, 365, Teams and the Microsoft store combined.

Microsoft said it is assessing "an issue impacting users attempting to us Exchange Online or functionality within Microsoft Teams calendar."

"Recall is an entirely new way to search for things you've seen or done on your PC securely," Microsoft said in a press release. "With the AI capabilities of Copilot+ PCs, it's now possible to quickly find and get back to any app, website, image, or document just by describing its content."
