STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Police identified Damian Kleba as the 34-year-old man who was brutally murdered early Sunday morning inside his home in New Springville. Several hours later, police arrested Daniel Perez, also 34, who lived at the same address as the victim on the 400 block of Travis Avenue.

A 32-year-old man has died following a stabbing incident in Tompkinsville, Staten Island, police sources confirmed. The victim, identified as Desuan Baker-Dunning from Brooklyn, was reportedly stabbed in the chest with an unidentified object yesterday afternoon at around 4:42 p.

The victim was stabbed in the abdomen inside what police describe as a group residence on Travis Ave. near Nehring Ave. in New Springville.
