It is made up of two adjacent five-story buildings with a modern chapel, a large dining room, a library, a conference hall, 106 mini-suites, 22 single rooms, and a large state apartment.

The current St Martha House (“Domus Sanctae Marthae”), is a Foundation. Prior to this there existed an institution known as the St Martha Hospice, within which there was also a Pontifical Dispensary of St Martha.
