Oct 12, 2015 · In the OS selection box, you need to select the OS that the monitor is compatible with, not the current OS. Rather than using the method suggested by Arul_D, just right-click on the driver installation file and select "Troubleshoot compatibility." If that doesn't work, it's probably just not compatible with 10.

Oct 24, 2013 · I'm driving a Dell S2340T touch screen monitor with a Surface RT. I can get it to run for a while but if I lock the Surface and leave it until it turns off the screens I can't get it to wake it back up. The monitor itself gets no signal frmo the Surface, and concludes that the computer is off, and goes into sleep mode.

When I start windows 10, I get the above message, and the Calibrate.. and Reset.. buttons for the Acer monitor are greyed out, when I open "Tablet PC Settings". Both monitors worked fine together with touch under Windows 8.1.
