Sep 23, 2024 · If you are trying to use Microsoft Office on your laptop/computer, do note that not all Microsoft365 for education licenses come with the downloadable version of Microsoft Office. It depends what licenses your school purchased from Microsoft. For example Office365 A1 does not come with desktop Office apps, only online apps. Hope it helps.
