Fix problems with your Google TV device
WEBStep 1: Check your Wi-Fi connection. Check the Wi-Fi settings on your TV. From the Google TV home screen, select Settings Network & Internet. Make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on and that you’re connected to the right network. If your router has multiple network bands, check that you’re also connected to the correct band. Fix an unresponsive Google TV device
WEBThe steps to factory reset a device vary by manufacturer. For example, on Chromecast with Google TV: Plug the device into your TV and turn it on. On the back of the device, press and hold the button. The light will blink yellow. When the light turns solid white, release the button. The device will reset.
