Mar 20, 2019 · After an Automatic software update from HP I am now unable to scan from my computer albeit the printer will scan with manual intervention and I can print from the network connection. I am using an automaticaly updated version of windows 10. Using the Print and Scan docor on Print shows 'Device Status' in red and on Scan shows 'Driver Check' in red.
