Can’t pause or rewind- set top box does not support
WEBNov 18, 2022 · 5 Messages. 2 years ago. I've had a similar issue. We have a new TV attached to the box (Samsung). I can't pause I get "Pause isn't available. This set-top box doesn't support it. Without Pause - I can't fast forward. I also can no longer rewind (I get the same error). This used to work just fine.

WEBMay 7, 2020 · Support will have no usual fix as the box is in an endless boot loop so they cannot interrorgate it. Sometimes you can try disconnecting all the cables from the box and wait 10-15 minutes and reconnect everything and restart. But unfortunately you usually will be stuck back in the “Welcome. Bienvenido. Bienvenue” loop.
