Shoulder Workout Arnold Press • stand straight, raise dumbbells upward, & position arms in front of your body with dumbbells turned towards you. Breathe out, & press dumbbells above your head. As you do this, rotate your wrists until your arms are fully extended, & your hands are now facing away from your body.
