Today’s adoption event took an unexpected turn. A kind soul brought in seven orphaned kittens—likely from two separate litters. We were told that two mama cats were crossing the street and were tragically hit by a car, leaving these little ones behind. One litter appears to be about 10 days old, the other around 20 days, weighing between 4 and 9 ounces.
