Good morning y'all. I used what I had in my refrigerator to make this delicious cornbread. Use what you have in your refrigerator to put in your cornbread. It will be delicious every time. Banks and I ate leftover cornbread while it was cold. It was still good. Some of you have been asking me about the Amish farm soap so let me put the link in here for you. It has been a life savor for my skin. And it's wonderful for your hair too. www.amishfarmsoap.com | Cooking with Brenda Gantt

Beef Stew Everyone was starving when we got home from church. They didn’t want to wait for me to cook cornbread so we had crackers. The stew has delicious. Those ingredients made two gallons of stew. I added the cost from my grocery bill. Then divided by 32 cups( 16 cups in one gallon. ) I made two gallons. It came out that each cup cost 62 cents. I ate 3 cups so my lunch cost $1.86. Talk about getting a delicious but cheap meal—- this is the winner. | Cooking with Brenda Gantt

Good morning! I made this cornbread salad for our Easter Lunch but didn't get a chance to post it. I love this dish. It's really a big dish though. You need a crowd if you are planning on making it. Maybe you could cut the recipe in half for you family. It's not hard to make and it's worth all the effort you put into it. | Cooking with Brenda Gantt

Macaroni and cheese is a comfort food. It's a side dish that goes with many other foods. Especially like macaroni cheese with ham, some kind of green like turnip greens, cornbread, and some little green onions. That makes a nice winter summer or fall supper. What do you like to eat with macaroni and cheese. Some children just like macaroni cheese for supper with nothing else, but I personally like to eat it along with other things. Remember that that cheese it's already graded has something on t

Summer Yellow Squash There is nothing better than fresh summer vegetables for a good healthy meal. I always fix some crunchy cornbread to go with mine. We wonder why our children won’t eat lots of veggies, it probably because their mamas didn’t cook them in her kitchen or because they stayed on baby food to long. I started my children on mashed up table food as soon as possible. I think it was around /6 months old. To this day veggies are my childrens choice. It’s something they actually crave.
