October is Adopt-A-Shelter-Dog Month! Celebrate at City Howl, a special adoption event hosted by Mayor’s Community Affairs Unit at City Hall Park. ACC and the ASPCA will both have cute canines available for adoption (some cool cats will also be sneaking on board the mobile adoption centers). Come by to adopt a new best friend! You can apply for or renew your dog's license as well, as the NYC Health Department will be providing those services on-site. For more information, please visit the event
