Add the sugar and salt and whisk vigorously and continuously for one minute. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches 295-300F and looks like melted peanut butter. This will take about 10 minutes. Ca

I first came up with this recipe 10 years ago, and it still holds up as one of my all-time faves! My TikTok viral Browned Butter Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies are thick, soft yet chewy, and full of ooey-gooey chocolate and caramel-y toffee bits. 😍 No mixer needed. For a festive flair, substitute half of the semisweet chocolate with mini holiday M&Ms ❤️💚❤️ Get the recipe here: https://handletheheat.com/browned-butter-toffee-chocolate-chip-cookies/ | Handle the Heat

Today we’re trying @BigFoodGuy ‘s chocolate chip cookies 🍪🍪 This cookie: - On the chewy side - Crunchy outside, soft on the inside - Good sweetness level - Tastes caramely (get a little bit of a sweeter aftertaste bc of this. To me any way) - Honestly so good Cookie ranking Top 3: Scientifically sweet, Claire Saffitz, Big Food Guy 4. Easy gay oven 5. Dave’s pizza oven 6. Jacque Torres 7. Well made by Kiley 8.
